Project G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative
(Gaining Rewarding Opportunities While Transitioning Higher)
Project G.R.O.W.T.H Initiative is an at-risk youth program for students ages 5-18 who have challenges in their living arrangements as well as their educational environment. Project G.R.O.W.T.H. IS NOT A CHILDCARE PROGRAM or a Federal-funded/State-funded agency (we do not provide any public assistance programs), however, it is an enrichment program that provides structure in a safe environment. Our organization is a community and school-based. We work in collaboration with various organizations and state agencies as well as Faith-Based Organizations. We have previously worked with some NBA and NFL Teams.
Project G.R.O.W.T.H.Initiative's youth peer mentoring program is a collaboration between Alliant Behavioral Health, a behavioral health consulting firm and private practice, and various national community entities. The collaboration of the entities lends strength to the project as the youth not only receives community-based support but mental health support during their involvement in the program.
